Call the office to schedule.
Call (775) 507-2000 to book. Online appointment scheduling is not available. You can call the office or use the callback form, and the office will contact you about the next step. Nothing submitted online reserves a time—an appointment is set only when the office confirms it with you.
If you reach the office outside business hours, you can request a callback without providing medical details, or call again during weekday hours.
What to expect when you call.
The practice publishes a free consultation as the recommended first step—a conversation about whether the office's functional neurology approach fits your situation before any examination is scheduled. Ask about it when you call, and confirm current availability and any details directly with the staff.
It helps to have a few questions ready. Staff can walk you through scheduling; clinical questions are answered during your consultation and evaluation.
- Whether a free consultation is currently available, and whether it happens in person or by phone.
- How soon an opening might be available and how long a first visit usually takes.
- What records or medication lists to bring to a first visit.
- Directions and parking questions for the Kietzke Lane office.
Hours and location.
The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you need a time outside those hours, call to ask about weekend availability.
Gates Brain Health is at 5420 Kietzke Ln, Suite 209, Reno, NV 89511. You can pull up the address in Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions, or call the office if you have trouble finding the suite.
Keep medical details for the phone call or the visit.
Please don't put symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, records, or insurance details in the callback form or an ordinary email. The callback form asks only for contact details and a preferred time. Share health information by phone with the office or in person, where it belongs.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency—sudden weakness, trouble speaking, sudden severe headache, or anything that feels urgent—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Don't wait for an office callback.
