Getting started

A free consultation is a conversation, not an exam.

Call (775) 507-2000 to ask how the free consultation works and whether it may fit your needs. The office will confirm current times.

Use the consultation to ask your questions before you commit.

Use the consultation to ask how the practice works and what an exam with Dr. Randall Gates, D.C., DACNB, may include. It can help you decide whether to book an exam.

Times can change. Call the office to confirm that the free consultation is available.

What a consultation is not.

A consultation does not include an exam, testing, diagnosis, or care plan. It does not make you a patient.

If you choose to continue, the office will schedule the exam as a separate visit.

Scheduling happens by phone.

Call (775) 507-2000 during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If weekdays are hard for you, ask about weekend availability when you call.

The office is located at 5420 Kietzke Ln, Suite 209, Reno, NV 89511. Online scheduling is not available. You can use the secure contact form on the appointment or contact page for a general, non-medical message or callback request.

What to have ready.

You do not need records, a referral, or test results to ask about a consultation. You may want to note:

  • The main concerns you want to ask about, in your own words.
  • Roughly how long they have been going on.
  • Questions about the practice and what happens after a consultation.
  • Your schedule, so the office can suggest workable times.

Questions

Common questions

Is the consultation really free?

The practice publishes a free consultation offer on its website. Offers and availability can change, so confirm the current details when you call (775) 507-2000.

Will I get a diagnosis or treatment advice during the consultation?

No. A consultation is a conversation about your questions and the practice's approach. Examination, testing, diagnosis, and treatment planning belong to a separately scheduled appointment.

Can I schedule online or by email?

No. Online scheduling is not available. Call (775) 507-2000 or use the secure contact form for a general, non-medical message or callback request.
