Finding the office.
The office sits just off I-580, near the corner of Kietzke Lane and Neil Road. Entering the street address in your preferred map app will take you to the building.
If you have trouble finding Suite 209 once you arrive, call the office and someone can point you the rest of the way.

Ordinary email and website messages are not a secure place for symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, records, or insurance identifiers. Share health information by phone or in person at the office instead.
The office is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency—sudden weakness, trouble speaking, sudden severe headache, or anything that feels immediately dangerous—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room rather than calling the office.
